Burkina Faso Client Visits Our Partner Factory
We were pleased to accompany our client from Burkina Faso to visit factory on August 30th . It was a great opportunity to strengthen our partnership and showcase our manufacturing capabilities face to face.
What they saw:
The client toured multiple production lines throughout the factory, including:
• Galvanized wire – from wire drawing to galvanizing and final winding
• Barbed wire – twisting and barbing process
• Razor wire – strip pressing, blade stamping, and core wire winding
• Expanded metal – slitting and stretching to form diamond-shaped mesh
• Plastic netting – extrusion and stretching process
Quality control:
Throughout the tour, we showed them the quality checking process at each step – zinc coating thickness, tensile strength, blade sharpness, and mesh uniformity. They were satisfied with the quality standards we maintain.
What we discussed:
After the tour, we had a productive conversation about:
• Their upcoming project requirements
• Product specifications for their market
• Long-term cooperation for the African market
